Welcome to the Taylor County School District's Management Information Systems (MIS) page. The MIS department is dedicated to supporting the district?s educational mission by managing and maintaining FOCUS, our student information system, which ensures accurate student data, efficient reporting, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
Our team works closely with school administrators and staff to maintain the integrity of student records, streamline data workflows, and provide reliable access to the tools needed for academic and operational success.
What We Do:
- Manage FOCUS for enrollment, attendance, grades, and scheduling
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with reporting standards - Provide support and training for staff using FOCUS
- Assist with state and federal data submissions
- Develop and maintain data reporting tools for district use
